About Attorney Ciaffoni

Attorney Timothy Ciaffoni has been practicing law since 1997.

​

He maintains an area of concentration in the following:

• Probate Law,

• Family Law,

• Criminal Law,

• Civil Law, and

• Bankruptcy.

 

Attorney Ciaffoni had been admitted to practice in all Courts of the Commonwealth and the United States Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit and maintains professional affiliations with the Plymouth County Bar Association and Barnstable County Bar Association. He has completed the required training for divorce mediation certification and family law trial advocacy workshops, and also participates in ongoing continuing legal education.

 

Additionally, he also had been honored with the position as a senior Editor on The Law Review while attending the Massachusetts School of Law for his Juris Doctorate, and has a Bachelor of Business Management from Lesley College. During his attendance at law school, he served as a clinical intern in the Land Court. Attorney Ciaffoni also proudly served as a legal man in the U.S. Army National Guard and Naval Reserve until he received an honorable discharge in 2001.  

 

In his many years of practical and real life experience, he started his own legal practice after law school, and has also maintained commercial and residential real estate holdings.

 

Attorney Ciaffoni, in his personal life, enjoys spending time with his family and animals..
